PROJECT MANAGER

- Interface between prospective client and design group in firming-up conceptualization of proposed project
- Perform all aspects of accurate pricing of the job; estimating and quantity take-offs to develop job budget
- Draw up terms and conditions of sub-contractor contracts, conduct competitive bidding and award contracts
- Develop and establish all phases of work scheduling
- Personally handle day-to-day project administration and monitoring of on-site progress
- Computer literate including proficiency in Excel, Timberline and Sure Trac

SUPERINTENDENT

- Professional capable of providing total field operations control throughout full range of industrial, commercial, residential homes and condominium projects
- Coordination of administrative support with subcontractors to ensure manpower, materials, tools and services on a timely basis
- Positive control of production schedules and goals including budget management, ordering and expediting materials, and quality assurance
- Hiring, termination, training and supervision of tradesmen
- Quality customer service relationship with clients and job site safety awareness
